These terms apply to Chemistry tuition and learning services operated by Senura Prabath Weragala under CHEM.LK, including chem.lk and lms.chem.lk. The service description and price shown or agreed for your particular order form part of that purchase. Read them before paying.

Use accurate account details and a mobile number you control. Registration uses SMS OTP. Keep verification codes private. Students may use one active device session at a time; a new login may sign out the previous device. Accounts and purchased access are personal and must not be shared or resold.

Completed SMS-verified registration does not require general account approval. Class and study-lesson access depends on the relevant payment or entitlement. Class-related ChemGuide access requires a verified paid active class for the current Sri Lankan calendar month, with a grace period through the 14th for students who paid for the previous month. Study Pack purchases do not grant ChemGuide. The existing separate Standalone ChemGuide access begins after subscription payment verification; no separate account approval is needed. If you are under 18, involve your parent or guardian in purchases and obtain permission before using their payment method.

Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). The selected service, any stated discount and the total due must be confirmed before payment. Tuition fees and the period they cover are confirmed for the relevant class before enrolment payment. A later price change does not change an already agreed order total.

Bank transfers/deposits are reviewed against the payment evidence. Uploading a slip, creating an order or returning to the website does not by itself confirm payment. We activate the purchased access after the required registration and payment checks. Card payment is not currently enabled; use only payment methods actually offered at checkout. There is no automatic recurring card debit through the present website.

Digital study materials are supplied through the registered student’s LMS account. The product description states what is included and the access arrangement. Unavailable study packs cannot be purchased. Contact us before paying if a class fee, included resource or access period is unclear.

Live classes follow the communicated schedule and attendance arrangements. Timetable changes are communicated through the relevant class channel. Printed notes or delivery are included only where expressly agreed. A working internet connection, a supported up-to-date browser and a device able to display videos/PDFs are required; your internet/data costs are your responsibility.

Course content belongs to the teacher or the relevant rights holders. Your access is for personal study. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, share protected links or record/rebroadcast classes without permission. We may restrict access to address verified misuse or security concerns; contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Chemistry AI supports learning and does not replace teacher guidance or guarantee examination results. It may make mistakes or misread an image. Access and the usage allowance displayed in your account apply. The AI allowance is not a promise of unlimited questions. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. The Privacy Policy explains how questions and photos are processed.

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, payment errors and unavailable services. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Temporary technical interruptions can occur; report a problem so we can investigate and apply an appropriate remedy.

We may update these terms for future use, showing a revised date. Changes do not remove rights under an existing purchase or applicable law. These terms operate subject to applicable Sri Lankan law; they do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
