Refund & Return Policy

This policy covers payments for Chemistry tuition and learning services supplied by Senura Prabath Weragala through CHEM.LK and its LMS. Digital access is delivered through the student account; there is no physical item to return for a digital-only order.

• Duplicate or incorrect charge: we verify the transaction and refund any confirmed duplicate or excess amount.
• Paid access not supplied: contact us so we can restore the purchased access. If we cannot supply the agreed service, we will arrange a refund for the unprovided service.
• Class or service cancelled by us: we will offer a replacement or revised date for your agreement, or a refund for the cancelled, undelivered part. You do not have to accept an alternative service.

If you selected the wrong lesson, changed your plans or need to cancel, contact us promptly, preferably before accessing the material or the scheduled class. Change-of-mind refunds after content has been accessed or a class has taken place are not automatic; we consider the service already supplied and the circumstances. A missed class does not by itself cancel an order. This does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Contact us using the details below. Include your name, LMS mobile number, order reference if available, payment date and amount, and the issue. We may request proof of payment to match the transaction. We will explain the outcome and the next steps after review. Support email is optional for students; you can request help by phone or WhatsApp.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where supported. Bank-transfer refunds, partial refunds or payment methods that do not support an automatic reversal may require a verified bank transfer agreed with the payer. We will communicate the method and processing status. For future PayHere card payments, delayed refunds can take 5–10 days or longer to appear, depending on processing and the issuing bank; this is not an instant-refund guarantee.

No card payments are currently accepted through this website. This clause explains the treatment of card payments if that payment method is enabled later.

Printed notes are included only when expressly agreed for the relevant class or order. Any delivery charge and delivery arrangement must be confirmed before payment. Report a wrong or damaged item before sending it back so we can arrange an appropriate correction, replacement or refund.
